The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

I was going to write something long about it, but I think I rather save it and not spoil the world.
But.. Spoilers are everywhere, it's just the person who needs to refrain from it

Just letting you guys know, I've seen the movie and cried many times. Yup, I can relate to Ralph and Vanellope and the themes they embody. Disney is a genius :T this never cease to amaze me yet again.

I want to live in Sugar Rush and live life with all that candy. It looks like heaven to me

Sure everyone says this, but go watch the movie if you haven't! I guarantee you'll love it.

And letting you guys know that you can talk to me about the movie without feeling like you guys would spoil me.

Aaaaah, you suck! I still need to see it ;___; I hate when all the good movies come out at once, I still need to see this one, Sinister, and Paranormal Activity 4, and believe it or not, Breaking Dawn is up there, too.

But hey, at least I got to see Silent hill Revelations 3D and you didn't, so that's gotta count for something, right? :'D rriiiiiight? Or did you see that, too? Lemme tell ju something! If you EVER went to the movies with me, just know that I love movie jumping, it's so much fun and it saves you money. I learned that from my dearest mother :')

I can't look at any thing video game related the same way after watching it, the references they made we're just amazing and wow they made characters lovable. I have to say that probably was one of my favorite movies ever. :'D
